Cytokine levels in the serum of GVHD developing mice. Inflammatory cytokine levels were measured in the serum of allogeneic transplanted BALB/c mice at different time points before and after BMT. (a) IL-2, (b) IFN gamma, and (c) TNF-alfa levels in the serum of GVHD mice. All of the inflammatory cytokines showed maximum level 5 days after BMT in GVHD mice.
