Cytokine production of PPD-stimulated spleen cells from IL-6 KO, TNFR1 KO, TNFR1 and IL-6 DKO, and WT BALB/C mice. Single cell suspensions obtained from each group 4 weeks after infection in IL-6 KO mice (𝑛=4), TNFR1 KO mice (𝑛=2), and WT DBA/1 control mice (𝑛=10) were pooled and cultured with 20 𝜇g/mL of PPD for 48 h, and then cytokine concentrations were measured.
