The proliferation activity of CIK cultured with K-ras antigen-pulsed DC (experiment 2.3, 2.4). When cultured for 14 days, proliferation capacity of K-ras-DCCIK was remarkably greater than other groups (). And DCCIK proliferation was also greater than CIK (). It is proved that K-ras-DC can stimulate the proliferation of CIK effectively.
