CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ T cell responses to rNS3 and H3 Ags as shown as frequency of CFSE^low and the transformation of T cell proliferation data. Frequency of CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ T cells in CFSE-labeled lymphocytes when stimulated with rNS3 and H3 at 1 μg/ml for 7 days and analyzed by flow cytometry. On Day 7, the cells were stained with CD4 and CD8. The proliferative response was determined by the medium for each subject. log₁₀Δ_max is the transformation of the T cell prolfieration data for each subject and the respective antigen stimulation.
