Incorporation of BoneTag into the knee, tail, and thoracic spine of 10-month-old DR and DR mice (DR , DR ). Mice were injected with the fluorescent probe BoneTag and in vivo bone formation was analyzed. No differences in bone formation were observed in the (a) knee or (b) tail.
