In vitro cytotoxicity of splenocytes of vaccinated and nonvaccinated mice against N2a. Neuro 2a cells are labeled with PKH-26 and incubated for 4 hours with splenocytes harvested from a vaccinated A/J mouse. To-Pro-3-Iodide is added just before flow cytometry analysis.
