Primary bone-marrow-derived murine macrophages (BMDM) downregulate Flvcr in response to LPS stimulation. Primary macrophages were treated with varying doses and duration of LPS and showed a dose-responsive decrease in both Flvcr and Fpn1 levels in response to 24 hours of LPS treatment.
