Effects of rapamycin on cell proliferation. Cells transfected with p70S6K siRNA or negative control siRNA for 24 hours were treated with rapamycin at different concentrations for 48 hours and cell proliferation was detected with CCK-8 kit. Data pooled from three independent experiments were expressed as mean ± SD. and , compared to cells with negative control siRNA treated with rapamycin at the same concentration.
