ECF inhibits CII-specific immune responses. Splenocytes (5 × 10⁵ cells/well) from CIA mice were recalled with 100 μg/ml CII. After 72 h, splenocyte proliferation assay was performed using CCK-8 Kit. Culture supernatants were harvested at 48 h, and IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-17A, and IL-4 levels were measured by ELISA. Results presented are mean ± s.e.m., . , versus vehicle group.
