Quantitation of intracellular triglycerides in DCs. Lineage(−), HLA-DR(+), CD11c(+), and CD123(−) mDC fractions and Lineage(−), HLA-DR(+), and CD123(−) pDC fractions were sorted in the peripheral blood from the stage IV lung cancer patients and controls, and the cells were lysed to quantify the intracellular triglycerides.
