Mixed lymphocyte reaction (MLR). Peripheral blood DCs were cocultured with allogenic native T cells at a ratio of 1 : 6, and the rate of T cell proliferation was measured using BrdU. A lower MLR was observed in the stage IV lung cancer patient mDCs () than in control mDCs (). These data represent means ± SEM of four independent experiments.
