CBr but not CdrV induces an increase in PLIN2 protein expression in peritoneal macrophages. Elicited macrophages collected from three independent experiments with 3 to 5 animals were incubated with CdrV (a) (10 μg/mL), CBr (b) (6.5 μg/mL), or RPMI (control) for 1, 3, 6, and 12 h.
