Inhibition of p65 NF-κB and p38 MAPK phosphorylation in HepG2 cells. HepG2 cells were prestimulated with total cellular fluid of LABs for 48 h, then poststimulated with LPS for 0, 30, 60, 90, and 120 min. The phosphorylation of p65 NF-κB and p38 MAPK was determined by western blot analysis.
