Flow cytometry analysis of different groups of Mφ. Compared with the other groups, after LPS induction, the fluorescence intensity of CD206 in Mφ decreased and obviously, there was a group of independent CD197⁺ Mφ (c). This group of CD197⁺ Mφ disappeared after ADMSC-CM induction (d).
