LBP regulate DCs via TLR4-MAPK-Blimp1. DCs were pretreated with 10 μM PD98059, 5 μM SB203580, and 50 μM SP600125 for 1 h, respectively, and then treated with 100 ng/mL LPS or 200 μg/mL LBP for 30 min.
