LINC01355 played a significant role in cytotoxicity, proliferation, and apoptosis of CD8+ T cells. The effector CD8+ T cells were obtained from peripheral blood of healthy donors and cocultured with target OSCC cells. (a, b) The cytotoxicity of CD8+ T cells was assessed using a LDH Kit.
