Inhaled [D-Ala<sup>2</sup>]-Dynorphin 1-6 Prevents Hyperacetylation and Release of High Mobility Group Box 1 in a Mouse Model of Acute Lung Injury

<div>The treatment with leytragin increases SIRT1 mRNA levels in the lungs of LPS-induced mice. The relative levels of SIRT1 mRNA transcription in the lungs of mice that received leytragin were significantly higher than those in the control group; 75 animals per group were used (5 per indicated
