METTL3 Intensifies the Progress of Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma via Modulating the m6A Amount of PRMT5 and PD-L1

<div>sh-METTL3 suppressed OSCC cell metastasis and proliferation and intensified CD8+ T cell activation. (a) qRT-PCR results displayed that METTL3 amount was decreased after transfection with sh-METTL3#1 and sh-METTL3#2.
