Antigen-Specific Tissue-Resident Memory T Cells in the Respiratory System Were Generated following Intranasal Vaccination of Mice with BCG

<div>Vaccination of mice with BCG induced the production and expression of IFN-<i>γ</i> by T cells in the lavage fluids, nasal mucosa, trachea, and lungs. (a) Scheme of immunization. (b) Respiratory system tissues of lavage fluids nasal mucosa, trachea, lung, and blood cells were stimulated for 48 hrs with or without BCG plus anti-CD28 in the plate.
