Exogenous expression of HAO2 reduces the tumorigenicity of HCC cells in vivo. (a) The HCC cells in the OV-NC group formed tumors in nude mice, while the tumor growth of the HCC cells in the OV-HAO2 group was significantly inhibited. (b) The tumor weight in the OV-HAO2 group was significantly decreased compared with the OV-NC group. (c) The mRNA and protein levels of HAO2 in tumors of the OV-HAO2 group were overexpressed compared with those of the OV-NC group. .
