Comparative Safety, Immunogenicity, and Efficacy of CEF Cell-Based and DF-1 Cell Line Adapted Infectious Bursal Disease Vaccines in Specific-Pathogen-Free Chickens

<div>Efficacy of IBDV vaccines against vvIBDV (JF826453). Vaccinated and unvaccinated groups of chicken were challenged with locally isolated vvIBDV (JF826453) with a titer of 10<sup>5.6</sup> TCID<sub>50</sub>/ml through ocular route. Morbid and dead experimental chickens (a) during the 10 days of follow-up, 50% of the unvaccinated chickens were sick (b) while 30% died (10% at day 6 and 20% at day 8).
