The effect of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide (LBP) on activity and cytokine production of DCs. (a) LBP had no significant inhibitory effect on DC2.4 cells. The cells were inoculated into 96-well plates and cultured in complete medium with different concentrations of LBP (0, 50,100, 200 μg/mL) for 24 h. (B-D) LBP induced the production of IL-6, IL-12, and TNF-α in DCs. ELISA kits were used to detect the levels of IL-6, IL-12, and TNF-α. Data were expressed as mean ± SD, for each group. , , versus Control group.
