<div>PIK3C2A knockdown in angiotensin II-treated aortic VSMCs. PIK3C2A was knocked down using three independent siRNAs in angiotensin II-treated aortic VSMCs, and knockdown was confirmed at both mRNA level by RT-qPCR (a) and protein level by Western blot (b).
