The BRD4 Inhibitor dBET57 Exerts Anticancer Effects by Targeting Superenhancer-Related Genes in Neuroblastoma

<div>dBET57 reduces BET family proteins and MYC family proteins in NB cells. (a) Western blot quantitative analysis of the protein expression levels of BRD4, BRD3, BRD2, and n-Myc (or c-Myc). (b) Western blot analysis of the protein expression levels of BRD4, BRD3, BRD2, and n-Myc after SK-N-BE(2) cells were treated with different concentrations of dBET1 and JQ1 for 48 h. (c) The survival curve of SK-N-BE(2) cells treated with the same concentration of dBET1, dBET57, and JQ1 for 72 hours.
