Utilizing terminology from the KEGG database to research DEGs in metabolic processes, organismal systems, and human diseases. The first lap depicts the top 14 KEGG keywords, while the outer lap represents the total number of genes in the human genome. In the second lap, the P-values for DEG enrichment are displayed along with the total number of genes present in the genetic background. In the third lap, we compare the number of genes that were elevated (dark purple) with the number of genes that were downregulated (light purple).
