Validation of hub genes in the diagnostic value: (a) validation of diagnostically relevant hub genes (fusion of GSE18606 and GSE73461). ROC curves and area under the curve (AUC) data were utilized to examine the capability to distinguish KD from healthy controls with high sensitivity and specificity; (b) results from the validation of the hub genes in the test group (GSE68004) were comparable to those obtained in the training group. According to these data, the diagnostic sensitivity of these six hub genes for KD is at the higher end of the spectrum.
