Physiological Changes in the Levels of Anti-Cytokine Autoantibodies in Early Pregnancy Are Missing in Pregnant Women with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis

Investigation of autoantibodies against two Th1-related cytokines in HC, HP, HT, and HTP. The serum levels of anti-IFNγ and anti-IL-22 autoantibodies were tested in all samples of HC (n = 10), HP (n = 23), HT (n = 13), HTP (n = 14) (a, b) and examined in the first and third trimester samples separately in HP (ntrim1 = 13, ntrim3 = 10) and HTP (ntrim1 = 8, ntrim3 = 6) (c, d).
