Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) of the cytokines IL-6, IFN-γ, CCL-2/ MCP-1 (MCAF), CCL-3/ MIP-1α, CCL-4/MIP-1β CCL-5/RANTES, and IL-8 in plasma of Omicron-infected patients and uninfected controls. Levels of all analytes were analyzed post-log₁₀ transformation of the observed concentrations of individual cytokine/chemokine/growth factors. The Mann–Whitney U test was used for numerical data for comparisons among the study groups. A p-value of <0.05 was considered significant. ROC analysis was performed using GraphPad Prism 8 software, AUC, area under the curve.
