Subcellular location of incorporated naked A-15. After 24-hour culture in the presence of naked Alexa568-labeled A-15 (500 nM), MEFs were rinsed with PBS, and fluorescence images from Alexa568 and LysoTracker Green were visualized using a confocal microscope.
