LEIS spectra of (a) He and (b) Ne scattering of LaPO₄ : Eu NPs (M1) patterned by MIMIC; CePO₄ : Tb NPs (M2) patterned by MIMIC; LaPO₄ : Eu NPs (T1) patterned by μTM. All lines were made with same mould having 𝑤_𝑙=6 μm, and NPs were embedded in hybrid organosilica.
