Void Structures in Regularly Patterned ZnO Nanorods Grown with the Hydrothermal Method

PL spectra of undoped ZnO NR array samples under the as-grown condition and the thermal annealing conditions of different ambient gases (air and oxygen). The NR array samples are grown under the standard condition. The thermal annealing conditions include 300°C in temperature and 60 min in duration.
