Green Synthesis of CuInS₂/ZnS Nanocrystals with High Photoluminescence and Stability

Temporal evolution of (a) absorption spectra, (b) PL spectra, and (c) QY and PL emission wavelength of as-prepared gradient core/shell CIS/ZnS QDs. CIS cores were synthesized at 240°C for 60 min. CIS/ZnS QDs were synthesized at shell growth temperature of 240°C and Zn/Cu feeding molar ratio of 4. The ZnS shell growth time was ranged from 5 min to 180 min.
