Green Synthesis of Silver Nanoparticles and Their Bactericidal and Antimycotic Activities against Oral Microbes

Antimicrobial activity of silver nanoparticles biosynthesized against Enterococcus faecalis and Candida albicans growth. The antimycotic activity of AgNPs was tested against C. albicans and bactericidal activity against E. faecalis employing Kirby and Bauer diffusion disk method. The average diameter halo of microbial inhibition is proportional to the activity of AgNPs. G means Glycyrrhiza glabra and A Amphipterygium adstringens, respectively, diluted 10āˆ’2 or 10āˆ’3.
