Raman spectra of (a) C8 powder, (b) PVP nanofiber mat, and (c) PVP/C8 nanofiber mat. The bands at 1600 cm⁻¹, which is assigned to ν(C=C) of C8, and at 1664 cm⁻¹ associated with the carbonyl vibrations ν(C=O) of PVP, are clearly visible in the PVP/C8 nanofiber mat spectrum.
