Hollow Gold Nanoparticles Loaded with L-Buthionine-Sulfoximine as a Novel Nanomedicine for In Vitro Cancer Cell Therapy

<div>Amount of ROS produced relative to nontreated cells following treatment with BSO@HAuNS in combination with antioxidants including GSH. After different treatment, cells were harvested and counted. The levels of ROS in samples were measured using the DCFH-DA assay. The mean number of control was taken as 100%, and other values were calculated relative to this.
