MRI grade 1 (pointed by the downward arrow in the figure): the supraspinatus tendon was continuous, and the T2WI hyperintense signal shadow (revealed as a strip) was found near the attachment end of the humerus, and the boundary was still clear; MRI grade 2 (pointed by the upward arrow in the figure): the subscapularis tendon was revealed continuous, and the shape near the attachment of the humerus was distorted and irregular, and T2WI hyperintense signal shadow (revealed as a patch) was found.
