MRI grade 2 (the arrow pointed in the figure): the supraspinatus tendon was continuous, but the boundary was irregular, T2WI hyperintense signal shadow (revealed as strips) was found, and long T2WI fluidity signal shadow was found in the axillary fossa, joint cavity, and deep deltoid fascia.
