Histograms of QD height for all layers. Least squares Gaussian fits to each distribution are overlaid. Two Gaussians are used for layers L1 to L3 where two distributions are prominent. As H1 has also been identified to be bimodal from Figure 3, it has also been fit with two Gaussians. Peak values for the fits are noted in Table 1.
