Plots of aspect ratio versus QD height for the layers. Layer L0 has been omitted due to the small sample size and difficulty with discerning the QDs from the wetting layer. A comparison line (dashed grey) has been added to all layers using a fit to layer H0. As the aspect ratios are calculated using uncorrected AFM data and circular approximations, they are not considered accurate; however, they are comparable across the series of layers.
