(a) CVs were recorded for the electrochemical reduction of NFT before and after the addition of urine sample using GNR/MnO₂ nanocomposite modified electrode; (b) the amperogram was recorded using a GNR/MnO₂ nanocomposite modified electrode with spiked urine sample and known concentrations of NFT into 0.1 M PBS. The solution was stirred at 750 rpm.
