X-ray diffraction pattern of undoped (1) and carbon-doped ZnO: (2) 0.24% wt, (3) 0.25 wt%, nanopowders annealed at 773 K. On an insert, a photo of targets craters of samples number 3 and number 4 from Table 1; it is visible that color of the crater surface with high concentration of carbon is darker.
