<div>Positive colour change results for aqueous and methanolic extract reaction with 1 mM AgNO<sub>3</sub> solution: (a) AgNO<sub>3</sub> solution before mixing with the extract; (b) after mixing the AgNO<sub>3</sub> solution with the extract, yellowish-brown colour appeared, and the colour changed to brown after 3 h.</div>
