Rab11a Is Overexpressed in Gastric Cancer and Regulates FAK/AKT Signaling

<div>Rab11a regulates gastric cancer cell proliferation. (a) Plasmid transfection significantly upregulated Rab11a protein, while siRNA treatment downregulated Rab11a protein expression in both MGC803 and AGS cell lines. (b) Plasmid transfection significantly upregulated, while siRNA treatment downregulated Rab11a mRNA expression in both MGC803 and AGS cell lines.
