FAK inhibitor PF-228 inhibited EGF-induced upregulation of Snail in colorectal cancer cells. (a, b) Overexpression of miR-217 and detection of changes in E-cadherin expression levels. Lipo2000 was used to transfect Caco-2 cells with miR-217 mimics, and western blotting was used to detect decrease in the level of E-cadherin protein.
