Metformin suppressed cell viability of FaDu and Detroit 562 cells. ((a) and (c)) FaDu and Detroit 562 cells were treated with different concentrations of metformin (0, 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 mM) for 48 h and cell viability was checked using CCK-8 assay.
