Metformin Inhibits the Development of Hypopharyngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma through Circ_0003214-Mediated MiR-489-3p-ADAM10 Pathway

<div>Circ_0003214 overexpression abolished the effects of metformin by targeting miR-489-3p. In metformin-treated FaDu and Detroit 562 cells transfected with circ_0003214, vector, circ_0003214 + miR-489-3p or circ_0003214 + miR-NC, ((a) and (b)) cell viability and colony formation were assessed using CCK-8 assay and colony formation assay, respectively.
