miR-193a Directly Targets PSEN1 and Inhibits Gastric Cancer Cell Growth, the Activation of PI3K/Akt Signaling Pathway, and the Epithelial-to-Mesenchymal Transition

<div>PSEN1 reverses the roles of miR-193a on cell proliferation and invasion. (a) PSEN1 was upregulated in gastric cancer tissues compared to peritumoral normal tissues. (b) PSEN1 expression was higher in HGC-27 and MGC-803 cells than that in GES-1 cells. (c) PSEN1 overexpression plasmid was transfected in miR-193a overexpressed HGC-27 cells. (d) Upregulation of PSEN1 enhanced cell proliferation in miR-193a mimic-transfected HGC-27 cells.
