circ_0075943 Dominates the miR-141-3p/AK2 Network to Support the Development of Breast Carcinoma

(a) MTT method was adopted to check the influence on exhaustion of circ_0075943 on cell multiplication. (b, c) The influence on circ_0075943 dwindling on cell migration was studied through wound healing experiments. (d, e) The influence on circ_0075943 gene dwindling on cell migration and invasion was evaluated by the Transwell experiment. (f) Flow cytometry was implemented to check the influence on exhaustion of circ_0075943 on cell apoptosis.
