ARHGAP11A Promotes the Malignant Progression of Gastric Cancer by Regulating the Stability of Actin Filaments through TPM1

<div>TPM1 is essential for cell invasion and migration induced by ARHGAP11A. (a) The overexpression efficiency of TPM1 was verified by Western blot analysis. (b) The cell migration ability of WT, OE-ARHGAP11A, and OE-ARHGAP11A + KO-TPM1 cells was evaluated by a wound-healing assay.
