Analysis of cytokine levels in the serum samples of melanoma patients and healthy controls. Serum was collected from 53 primary melanoma patients and 19 metastatic melanoma patients and compared to the sera of 30 healthy donors. Measurements were performed using the 45-plex immunoassay system. (a) Cytokines showing higher concentrations in melanoma patients than those of healthy donors.
